The primary concept here is based around a modern kitchen with a large island, designed for family gatherings and entertainment. The kitchen incorporates a spacious island with seating and storage featuring a combination of Frosty White matte glass and textured Fjord Oak cabinetry. The adjacent wall includes hidden passage doors leading to a pantry and utility room, separate from the buffet seating area. The meticulously planned design maximizes functionality while maintaining a light and bright aesthetic that complements the home’s large windows and high-pitched ceiling.

The kitchen island in the Tower project serves as the centerpiece of the space, offering ample seating and storage on both sides. Its large footprint provides a gathering space for family and guests. A separate row of cabinets on the back wall of the room was designed to provide a buffet-style serving space as well as additional dish storage. Paired with Frosty White matte glass and textured Fjord Oak cabinetry, this modern kitchen and large island design pushes the envelope in innovation with its features and modern aesthetic.
Hidden passage doors elegantly connect the kitchen to the pantry and utility room, preserving the sleek design of the space. The bar niche, designed with open shelving, offers a stylish and functional area for displaying drinks or small items. Coupled with the light wooden panels and matte glass finish, this modern kitchen design blends practical features with superior luxury.
This primary bath features a textured black walnut vanity and tall linen cabinetry for plenty of useful storage space. Basalt gray powder-coated handles enhance the minimalist design, for a clean, modern look. The dark walnut is beautifully contrasted by bright, marble countertops, adding a beautiful touch of luxury. The overall feel focuses on clean lines and balanced lighting, creating a serene and elegant space.
The tall appliance wall in this kitchen was designed to maximize functionality while maintaining a sleek aesthetic. Featuring tall refrigeration units, ovens, and a coffee machine, the appliances were carefully arranged and integrated with custom panels, creating a clean and cohesive look within the cabinetry.
To connect the kitchen to the pantry and utility room, a hallway wall was paneled with hidden passage doors. These discreet doors maintain the kitchen’s streamlined design while offering convenient access to adjacent space.
Alongside the large island, custom cabinetry was designed to accommodate a variety of appliances and maximize storage space. By combining integrated panels with additional cabinetry, the kitchen achieves both functionality and elegance, providing ample storage for cookware, dishes, and pantry items without disrupting the clean lines of the design.
